Digital Products – No Physical Shipping

At DigixStore, we sell digital products only, including but not limited to:

  • Digital courses
  • PDF files
  • Templates
  • Software & tools
  • Downloadable bundles

Since these are intangible, non-returnable items, refunds are handled under specific conditions explained below.

No Returns on Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns once:

  • The product has been delivered
  • Download access has been granted
  • Login credentials have been sent

Once access is provided, the product cannot be “returned” like a physical item.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are NOT automatic and are considered only in the following cases:

✅ You MAY be eligible for a refund if:
  • You were charged multiple times for the same product
  • You did not receive the product due to a technical error (and we fail to resolve it)
  • The product is completely inaccessible due to our fault
❌ You are NOT eligible for a refund if:
  • You changed your mind after purchase
  • You expected different results or outcomes
  • You claim you “didn’t like” the product
  • You failed to use the product properly
  • You did not read the product description before purchase
  • You cannot access the product due to your device, software, or internet issues

Refund Request Timeframe

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Requests made after this period will not be considered.

How to Request a Refund

Incomplete requests may be delayed or denied.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first is a violation of this policy.

  • Suspend access to all purchased products
  • Block future purchases
  • Contest the chargeback with proof of delivery

Product Access Termination

If a refund is approved:

  • Your access to the product will be immediately revoked
  • Any licenses, downloads, or memberships will be terminated
